With support from Perfect Sense Energy, the Energy Resilience Fund & The Social Investment Business, we were able to part-fund an energy-saving, generation and storage project that will help us to reduce our running costs and future-proof the building against volatile and rising energy prices.
Working closely with the Energy Resilience Fund, their team designed and delivered a low-cost, energy efficient multi-technology solution that delivers long-term savings.
By combining renewable Solar PV generation, energy storage, and energy efficient LED lighting, we will now benefit from lower bills, reduced carbon emissions, and greater energy independence. Most importantly, these savings will allow us to reinvest more of our resources into the vital community services we provides — supporting local families and creating a lasting positive impact in the Leigh area.
