Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the role:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive early years team. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about child development and committed to providing high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 12 months to four years.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children’s learning and development through play-based experiences.
- Observe, assess, and record children’s progress accurately.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times.
- Promote positive behaviour and inclusive practice.
Requirements:
- Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (e.g., NVQ, CACHE, Diploma).
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- A caring, enthusiastic, and professional approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Full Paediatric Certificate.
